1 Scope of application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed by consumers (§ 13 BGB) and entrepreneurs (§ 14 BGB) via our online shop.

2 Contractual partner and conclusion of contract

  • The purchase contract is concluded with Andre Lanius, trading under the name "Asian Weapons".
  • By placing the products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items.

By clicking on the "Buy now" button, you place a binding order for the goods contained in the shopping basket.

3. proof of age

As some of our products may fall under the German Weapons Act, proof of age is required. We only sell to persons who have reached the age of 18. Proof of age is provided by presenting a valid photo ID.

4 Prices and terms of payment

  • All prices quoted are final prices. As a small business in accordance with § 19 UStG, no VAT is shown.
  • The following payment methods are available: Paypal, bank transfer, prepayment.

5 Delivery and dispatch

  • The goods will be dispatched to the delivery address specified by you.
  • Deliveries are only made within Germany and the European Union.
  • Shipping costs are shown separately in the order process.

6 Retention of title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

7. right of cancellation

Consumers have a statutory right of cancellation.

8 Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. In the case of slight negligence, we are only liable for the breach of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).

9. note on handling weapons

The purchase, possession and handling of some of our products may be subject to legal restrictions. It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that all legal requirements are met.

11. final provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies.
