Shipping and payment

We offer you secure and convenient payment options to complete your order without any problems. The following payment methods are currently available:

  1. Prepayment

    • After completing your order, you will receive an e-mail with our bank details.
    • Please transfer the invoice amount within 7 days, quoting your order number.
    • As soon as we have received your payment, your order will be processed and dispatched.

    • Note: Please note that bank transfers (depending on the bank) can take 1-3 working days.

  2. PayPal

    • With PayPal you can pay easily, quickly and securely.
    • During the order process you will be forwarded directly to PayPal. After successful payment you will be redirected back to our shop.
    • Your order will be processed immediately, as PayPal payments are usually made in real time.

Shipping information

  1. Shipping costs

    • Germany:
      • Flat-rate shipping costs: €5.99 per order.
    • International shipping: We currently do not offer shipping outside Germany.

  2. Shipping service provider

    • Your order will be shipped safely and quickly with a reliable shipping service provider (e.g. DHL, DPD).
    • Products with age restrictions are delivered with an age check. The recipient must be present in person and present a valid ID.

  3. Delivery time

    • Within Germany:
      • The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days after we have received your payment.
    • We will inform you by e-mail as soon as your order has been dispatched and provide you with a tracking number (if available).

  4. Age verification upon delivery

    • For age-restricted products (e.g. weapons), an age check will be carried out by the deliverer. Please have your ID ready to accept the delivery.
    • Unfortunately, delivery to packing stations is not possible in this case.

  • Orders will only be processed after full payment has been received.
  • Please ensure that you enter the correct bank transfer details and order number when paying in advance to avoid delays.
